We're working hard on some changes here in "hell". That's my new name for my business. Positive, eh?
Moving to frozen dough has necessitated a new freezer and other menu changes mean a new steam table. I think the total cost will be well over $4000 just so we can bow to the whim of Head Office. A head office that has not yet seen fit to send a representative to my store since they took over in June. Thanks guys! 90% of new business fail in the first year. Can't be from lack of franchisor support.
